The next two pages were no longer of a similar parchment. They were more like fur. One was mostly reddish-brown and the second was multicolor. Calico!

I gasped, as I recognized Lucy's fur. There was no writing, just the loud, clear meowing that I had heard throughout The Bottoms coming right out of the page!

But then I noticed there was one more page. The parchment again, and this one written in english. In fact it looked to be mostly unfinished. But as I stared in horror I noticed letters gradually appearing.
